Directed Eurimages from 2005 to 2008; was head of International Affairs of the Flemish Film fund, director of the Antwerp and Brussels Film Festivals. Directed and produced fiction and documentary films, execitive produced several European films in Ecuador and in 2018 was the first director of the Ecuadorian Film fund. He is now an international audio-visual consultant.
